EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING person. Applicant must have automotive accounting office experience as it will be a requirement for employment. Join a busy office and be apart of a great team as the company grows.

Requirements:

Dealership Accounting Experience Required
Experience in Payroll Processing for Automotive Dealership
Excellent computer skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to manage and organize multiple activities while meeting deadlines
Must be very detailed, organized, excellent follow through, and work effectively with mínimal direction and supervision
Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily responsibilities of dealership accounting office.
Assist in monthly financial reporting and transactions to include: Accounts Payable, payroll, receivables, checking deposits, and schedules.
Responsible for safeguarding any and all confidential information and ensures that it is used appropriately.
Responds to all payroll related inquiries by employees as needed.
Insure that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current and accurate condition at all times.
Assist in preparing schedules and reports on regular basis to insure accuracy.
Other duties assigned.

Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
