We have an exciting opportunity - We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in your area.

Responsibilities:

Answers incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite, professional manner. Determine the purpose of calls, and forward calls as appropriate while monitoring the availability of staff to receive calls.
Communicate and take guidance from management, and be driven to grow professionally. help customers and team members, and work alongside thirdparty relationships such as lenders, permit authorities, title agents, trades, etc.
Answer questions about the organization and provide callers with addresses, directions, and other information.
Handle special administrative projects and overflow work from team members.
Welcomes clients and onsite visitors in a cheerful and respectful manner determines the nature of their business and announces guests to appropriate personnel.

Essential Job Requirements:

Must be selfmotivated as well as thrive in a team environment
Ability to interact professionally with customers, lenders, and Adams Homes team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2+ years of Office Administrative experience preferred
New Home Builder Experience is a plus
Proficient in

Microsoft Programs:
Word, Excel, Office

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Ability to manage workflow proficiently
