We are currently seeking an
Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d) at our location in Münster, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You will actively and independently support the managing director in daily business operations
You will be an active problem solver for internal and external inquiries
You will contribute to the growth of Workplace Safety Betting GmbH and help establish Occupational Medicine Betting GmbH
You will ensure that we are well organized and structured, and that our processes run smoothly.

Your profile:

You have completed a
commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in a similar position
You possess a high level of
flexibility, resilience, commitment, and reliability
You are precise, independent, and analytical in your work and have a strong sense of responsibility
You have a
professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and organizational talent
You have excellent skills in working with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and are proficient in using common communication tools
You are solutionoriented and can handle situations where everything is not perfect right away
You have a
positive attitude, enjoy shaping and developing things, and are happy with positive results.
