What you'll be doing with us:
As a leader, you want to take on responsibility and contribute to a culture of respectful leadership? Then support the market management at our REWE Ali Akay oHG (new opening in September 2024) with all tasks and, if necessary, also in a substitute role:

You not only implement the REWE sales concept, but also actively contribute your ideas to shaping the assortment and implementing advertising and sales measures.
You manage sales, costs, inventory development, and the implementation of quality management.
You support your team with advice and action, lead by example, and create work schedules.
A respectful leadership on equal footing and a trusting cooperation are a matter of course for you.
You ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable with competent advice and courteous service.
You ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with your eye for detail.
You are responsible for compliance with legal and company regulations.
