The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) - Public Law Institution - is the central real estate company of the federal government. Its main tasks include unified real estate management, real estate administration and sales, as well as forestry and nature conservation services for the property sites. The BImA employs around 7,000 people nationwide, spread across the headquarters in Bonn and nine directorates, as well as over 120 locations.
