Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with the community
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate outreach programs and events
Conduct data collection and analysis to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts
Recruit and train volunteers for outreach activities
Assist in program development and evaluation
Utilize project management skills to ensure timely completion of outreach projects
Engage in public speaking engagements to promote programs and initiatives

Skills:

Strong project management abilities
Proficiency in data collection and analysis
Experience in recruiting and volunteer management
Knowledge of program development principles
Background in social work, public health, or related field is advantageous
Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
Familiarity with market trends and community needs
Understanding of addiction counseling principles is a plus
