Description

The Schwarz IT department is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group.

This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications.

In order to support the various departments with their business processes through IT solutions, Schwarz IT consults with them to understand their requirements and collaborates to develop professional and efficient IT solutions.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a direct contact for end users at various service desk locations in the Heilbronn and Neckarsulm area
  • Analyzing and documenting error situations and evaluating potential solutions
  • Configuring, managing, and issuing hardware such as laptops, mobile devices, IP telephony, and printers/multifunction devices
  • Assisting end users with any problems or questions that arise
  • Independently resolving hardware and software issues
  • Prioritizing, classifying, and documenting requests in the ticket system
  • Supporting the department in a core competency by handling tickets and acting as a mentor for colleagues
  • Optional participation in smaller projects

Your profile should include:

  • Completed IT training as an IT specialist in system integration or an alternative training in IT system management
  • Preferably some experience in customer and user support
  • Advanced knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows, Apple Mac OS, Active Directory, MobileIron, MECM
  • A problemsolving mindset and enjoyment in assisting end users
  • A precise, systematic, and reliable work
