Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

The BCBA will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and supervision of ABA therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team of professionals.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to children in home and school settings
  • Development Programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Progress Report Writing and case management
  • Attend Biweekly clinical meetings
  • Attend Biweekly leadership meetings
  • Provide BST training to Behavior interventionists
  • Update and maintain BIPs in Central Reach
  • Conduct FBAs and intakes as needed
  • Provide supervision and training to BCBA supervisees

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, child development, communication disorders, education, or related field
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Clinical Supervisor
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Strong clinical skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse communities.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/ Spanish) is a plus.
