Recruitment Clerk

Indiana Packers Corporation, Lafayette Indiana
This clerical position works Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm including some occasional Saturdays due to recruiting events.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with team members and applicants in scheduling interviews
Complete preliminary applicant screenings, conduct interviews and extend offers of employment as needed
Perform general office duties: ordering office supplies, maintaining office supplies stocked/organized, making photocopies, filing and other tasks as required
Data entry into Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining the ATS and placing job requisitions through the ATS and other job boards
Ability to work in a professional manner, exhibit a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling all employment data
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others inside and outside of the company
Shredding confidential documents

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Associates preferred
2 years' experience in HR or Recruiting required
Proficient with Kronos, preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Google Docs required
Experience with large amounts of data entry and high accuracy
Ability to work with team members of all levels
Excellent attention to detail with accuracy
Ability to travel to surrounding counties as needed
Exceptional written and oral communications skills

This clerical position is in Lafayette Indiana (976 Mezzanine Dr. Suite B) a short drive from Purdue University.
