    Our organization, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Production Test Technician to join our team.

    This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality products by ensuring they meet the highest standards of testing and quality assurance.

    The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including electrical, optical, electronic, and mechanical testing as well as working with medical devices.

    Top-Tier Insurance Package Including Medical, Dental, and Vision

    Perform a variety of complex testing procedures on a range of products, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and specifications.

    Troubleshoot and repair issues found during the testing process, utilizing your extensive knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and optics.

    Work closely with the production team to ensure all products are tested in a timely manner and any issues are promptly addressed.

    Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results, contributing to our commitment to transparency and quality assurance.

    Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures to improve efficiency and product quality.
    Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
    A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
    Proven experience with electrical, optical, electronic, and mechanical testing procedures.
    Experience working with medical devices is highly desirable.
    A degree in a related field such as Engineering or Electronics is preferred.
