- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering highly effective solutions
- Experience in handling global stakeholders and hands-on experience with global implementation
- Detailed, hands-on experience in all phases of End-to-End Implementations, Support, Enhancements and Upgrade projects - responsible for impact analysis, requirements gathering, providing solution design, application configuration, testing, data migration along with post go-live support activities.
- Detailed, hands-on experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle
- Experience in effectively working with internal and external business partners in a matrix organization, building credible stakeholder relationships
- Communication to Leadership & Stakeholders regarding Accomplishments, Deliverable Status & Challenges
- Lead the operational analysis to identify errors, user training needs, efficiency trends, and end-user customer satisfaction issues. Identify root cause and implement improvements.
- Management of the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality and systems functionality
