EBS Techno Functional HR / Payroll
Strong expertise on Core HR, Payroll
Minimum 1 Project Implementations in Oracle HRMS.
Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant having expertise in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or higher.
Sufficient exposure to Recruitment, onboarding, Employee Maintenance, Payroll, Workforce Modelling & Prediction and Compensation Management.
Responsibilities include planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of the HCM modules/functionality of Oracles E-Business Suite
Strong Knowledge in Functional Setups in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent and Compensation modules
Basic technical knowledge in PLSQL, Reports (XML/RDF) and proficient in hadling technical CEMLIs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different lines of business to collect requirements for Oracle HCM projects
Provide assistance in key system processes (i.e. payroll cycle management, monthly payroll accruals, garnishment and lien processing, etc.)
Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports
In addition to hands-on configuration skills, a good working knowledge of Payroll Accounting and Fast Formulas is added advantage
Leads testing, writes test scripts, stages testing data and testing issue solutions.
