Akkodis is in search of a Customer SupportExpert for a temporary position with a client located in Plymouth, MI. Ideally seeking candidates with 5-7 years of experience in the Accounting sector and solid expertise with ERP systems.

Payment Range: $22 - $25/hour; (Rate may vary based on experience, education, location, and other factors.)

Customer SupportSpecialist Role Summary:

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle call volumes for program orders, daily and facility orders, ensuring accurate processing and maintaining positive customer relations.
Manage email communication related to the OE program
Address issues, identify necessary equipment for order processing to meet customer requirements.
Provide price quotes, prepare quotations, and assist Rotunda ASMs with necessary information for sales.
Coordinate returns, order changes, and quote requirements for OE Program orders.
Create and adjust Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in the ERP system.
Assist customers with financial inquiries about their equipment orders.
Offer technical support and specialty assistance for equipment identification and applications.
Prepare reports for quarterly and monthly customer reviews using Business Object reports.

Requirements

High School diploma required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to maintain customer relationships and liaise with dealers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Technical knowledge to provide product information is a must.
Prior customer service and call center experience necessary.
Familiarity with SAP ERP System.
Mechanical understanding is desirable.
Eligibility to work in the US without VISA sponsorship.
Not qualified for internal VA/VN international assignments.
Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
