Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Checks
  • Areas to check given by PM
  • Punch list checks
- upload pics to procore and check off items

  • Prewalk
- preinstallation checks

  • Progression boards
- marking off what is done on the Monday boards every time on site

  • Progress reports
- reach out to the foreman and make sure progress reports are entered

  • Babysitting installers
- jobs we are having issues at
- if we need a supervisor for a full day

  • Job site meeting fillin
  • Pictures of new builds going up with a location
  • Job site pictures of good looking completed work
- unit and common area
- upload to DB

  • Possibly YouTube shorts of installations

Beyond your responsibilities:
(get PM involved)

  • Install Technical Q's
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Manpower
  • Mock ups

Needs:

  • Acquire OSHA 30

Job Location:

  • On the road
  • Long Island and 5 boroughs

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
