Global Marketing Manager
Reports To:
Vice President - Global Marketing Communications
Job Summary:
Supervisory responsibilities:
- None in the short term
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor KPIs tied to lead and revenue generation
- Manage scripts in Peloton's main website and help center
- Leverage analysis tools in Peloton's client facing software
- Collaborate with AM and BD teams in HubSpot including report creation
- Manage vendors in creating content for Peloton's website and marketing campaigns
- Provide feedback and guidance to the Development Team on consistent branding and experience for Peloton's offerings.
- Collaborate with the Development Team to automate the Peloton Help Center through AI and other tools.
- Oversee and manage reporting mechanisms and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Help Center content and adapt offerings accordingly.
- Lead the improvement and automation of all Peloton content creation through leveraging AI tools and other emerging technology.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to ensure timely delivery of all technical writing and documentation for Peloton's global marketing communications initiatives, including whitepapers, case studies, product updates, and more.
- Develop compelling videos, PPT, and other presentations that effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Assist with thorough proofing and editing of all marketing communications materials to maintain brand consistency and improve quality standards.
- Work closely with Product Managers monthly to coordinate and update technical documentation and video content as products evolve. (Product is responsible for creating technical documentation and updates, your role will be content review, provide feedback and assistance with Help Center)
- Assist the Marketing Communications Team with major events, ensuring that materials align with the event's objectives and budget.
- Keep current with technological advancements to ensure continuous improvement within all aspects of marketing and communication content.
Other duties:
- Transfer knowledge throughout various internal teams when prudent.
- Assist with maintaining marketingrelated integrations to and from HubSpot.
- Travel may be required (Up to 15% of the time; frequent trips to Peloton's head office in Calgary are required on a quarterly basis, at minimum, to spend time with the development and product teams).
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience on a marketing team
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on technical content development, including but not limited to:
- Website and content management
- Digital Marketing Intelligence
- Lead generation and qualification
- Embedding and creating scripts
- Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk or equivalent CRMs is required.
- Experience with SEO/PPC website strategies is required.
- Must be proficient in video and content creation using standard industry software.
- Must be proficient in HTML.
- Experience in content, marketing, and communications at a software company or within the energy industry is preferred.
