Full Time / Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm

Hackley Community Care (HCC) is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) that provides primary medical, dental, mental health, and pharmacy services to residents who are uninsured or underinsured.

HCC is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to provide administrative and clerical support to the multidisciplinary team. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for patient registration and demographic collection.

This person will also be responsible for updating insurance information, scheduling patient appointments, collection of copays and patient balances, collecting information for documentation, and making sure patients are given the appropriate forms for completion.

Job Qualifications & Skills:


  • Received a high school diploma or GED.
  • Oneyear medical office experience or training preferred.
  • Electronic medical record experience preferred.
  • Motivated to complete job duties and assist other personnel.
  • Good organizational skills with accuracy in work.
  • Comprehensive and professional communication skills.
