Training Specialist Sr Advisor

HOW A TRAINING SPECIALIST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

In this role you will develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs for executive level personnel.

You will work hand in hand with the client to research and develop the most robust training program utilizing modernization and innovative techniques.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience

  • Required Technical Skills:
  • Advanced research skills to find and present relevant and updated information
  • Strong communication skills to convey the learning objectives and outcomes clearly and interactively
  • Organizational skills to plan and manage the training sessions and resources efficiently
  • Adaptability skills to adjust to different learning styles, needs, and situations
  • Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain TS/SCI
  • Required Skills and Abilities: communication, problem solving, etc.
  • Location: Customer Site
  • US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $101,566 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
