- Lead Production Planning (PP) activities for ERP program implementation, including design, documentation, configuration, testing, and end user training.
- Review and approve PP configuration changes in SAP; collaborate with ABAP resources for system enhancements.
- Provide backup support across functional areas and share knowledge with teammates.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and align PP functionality with business needs.
- Contribute to risk-based audits of IT systems; ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend new approaches.
- Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6-8 years of SAP PP experience, including production support in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MM, QM, VC, and PS modules is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, Master Data Management (MDM), and GRC tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving skills to address complex business issues within SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and enterprise application configuration.
