- Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years' construction experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years in leadership role working on Project Size of $10m+ within the last five (5) years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction software utilized by the company
- Ability to interpret construction documents
- Self-motivated and ability to adapt to assigned tasks
- Ability to lead and evaluate craft performance
- Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings and other documents

We are currently seeking a skilled and diligent Project Superintendent in Mississippi.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Superintendent's primary responsibility is to be Codaray Construction's main contact in the field and work in concert with the Project Manager to schedule, plan and direct all field operations to include management of all work by Codaray's own forces and that of the subcontractors.
The Superintendent has full responsibility for initiating and implementing all pertinent safety and quality control policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include reviewing of subcontractor scopes, adherence to budget and ensuring the construction process and building are completed to the client's full satisfaction and Codaray's expected levels of safety, quality and profitability are obtained.
