- Bachelor's degree in program evaluation, statistics, economics or related field.
- 2 years of related experience that includes the following: Data analysis, research design and/or program evaluation.
- Experience conducting various simple statistical analyses (descriptive and inferential statistics, parametric and nonparametric tests)
- Master's degree in a related field
- Supervision experience of students and/or professionals
- Ability to review and understand peer-reviewed literature
- High proficiency in SPSS, Qualtrics, Tableau, Microsoft Office, and similar programs.
- Familiarity with various program evaluation models
- Familiarity with participatory action research and community-based research
- Experience with grant writing, evaluation and reporting
- Project coordination experience, including project implementation and delegation of tasks
- Ability to work with various stakeholders - communication, relationship building/management, ability to work on sensitive projects

Description
The purpose of the Center for Community Engaged Learning (CCEL) is to collaborate with asset-rich communities to nurture sustained social change.
The Community Research & Evaluation (CRE) Supervisor acts as the lead program evaluator, quantitative researcher, and project manager for the CRE function.
The Supervisor works with the full CCEL team to design, develop, oversee, and implement community engagement efforts at Weber State University.
This position requires availability to work some evening and weekend hours.
The Community Research and Evaluation Supervisor has significant responsibility for managing research and evaluation projects for community partners throughout the Ogden region.
They work closely with the Director of CRE to review, discuss, and scope projects based on the needs of partners.
They are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and producing final reports and other deliverables for partners. They also mentor other staff on these functions as they relate to projects those individuals are working on.The Supervisor will need to have strong time management and workflow skills to ensure that they and the other staff they work with meet deadlines and produce high quality research products.
The Supervisor works closely with the Director to manage the office including but not limited to supporting grant writing, faculty development initiatives, and support to the university for achieving its anchor mission.
