With a goal of becoming the most trusted name in vinyl windows, we strive to provide the best quality and services for our customers while maintaining a high standard of integrity and innovation.

To accomplish these goals, we have established the position of Quality Assurance Manager reporting directly to the President of Vytex Windows.

The Quality Assurance Manager's Primary Responsibilities will be:

Establish and implement quality standards for products or services
Monitor quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing
Stay current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Oversee the quality assurance team
Train other employees on quality procedures
Create and distribute quality reports and documentation
Collect and analyze quality assurance data
Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies

The ideal Quality Assurance Manager will have:

Window Manufacturing Industry,
5 years experience, required
Good analytical, oral and written skills
General knowledge of plant functions (i.e. production flow, maintenance, warehouse,

shipping, etc.)

Experience with Quality Assurance software and tools
Experience managing small teams of associates (35 team members)

The Quality Assurance Manager will conduct themselves as a professional representative of the company at all times, understanding that establishing good relationships with associates, vendors, and customers is critical to creating a team focused atmosphere and support for QA initiatives.

Pay:
$100, $120,000.00 per year
