Description
Primary Tasks:
To ensure the residents are treated with dignity and respect and receive quality care according to the individualized care plans; as well as notifying administrator and/or shift supervisor of potential changes to be made to care plans.

The following are unique to the position:
- Assists residents with activities of daily living.
Assists residents with bathing, hair care, mouth care, nail care, dressing, etc

Assists residents with ambulation, which includes reminding and supporting
:

Assists and encourages residents to eat and take sufficient fluids and snacks.

Assists residents with turning, repositioning, toileting, and personal hygiene (includes monitoring of bowel and bladder incontinence:

Observes and reports resident behavior and condition changes - including weight change and signs of injury or neglect

Participates in or leads leisure activities
:

Assists and reminds residents to participate in facility activities
:
-
Assists with all aspects of kitchen and dining room tasks associated with resident meals, including prep work, serving, cleaning up, setting tables and taking out trash, etc
:

Performs general housekeeping/laundry tasks and related duties
:

Interacts with families and participates in facility or community activities
:

Assists with ensuring a safe environment for residents, families and co-workers
:

Participates in data collection and performance improvement reporting processes, as assigned
:

Maintains ethical standards
:

Displays a caring, respectful attitude when addressing residents, family members, and co-workers
:

Ensures confidentiality of resident health information in accordance with HIPAA
:

Answer telephones:

Open doors for quests
Job Types:

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
Schedule:

Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
- BLS Certification (preferred)
