Position Summary:


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Perform full lifecycle recruitment activities to support recruiting mission.
  • Plan and coordinate military and civilian hiring boards.
  • Coordinate with leadership to determine hiring requirements and develop recruiting campaign.
  • Assemble and maintain applicant packets.
  • Develop and deliver briefings, strategies, reports, plans, meeting notes, presentations, etc., to Government Team Leads.

Experience Required for this Role:


  • BA or BS degree in human resources, business management or related field or five years military/government work experience relating to human resources, recruitment and/or career management of DoD professionals.

Education Required:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
