- Provides resident care in accordance with accepted standards of practice and within the scope of the LPN or RN license
- Routinely observes and reports on resident's conditions/changes and then documents in accordance with community policies and as required by regulations.
- Administers medication/treatment as prescribed within the LPN or RN scope of practice.
- Receives, transcribes and executes physician orders.
- Implements and evaluates resident's plan of care.
- Responsible for the safety of residents under your supervision.
- This position has supervisory responsibilities of the care staff.
- A current, valid LPN or RN license is required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Education/and or experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Wage Range: $25 - $28 per hour, $1 shift differential for working 2p-10p shift
