We interact with our clients daily, at multiple levels within the organization - consulting on best practices and innovations.

We offer fully outsourced managed payrolls service/data management, tax filing, direct deposit, new hire reporting, time & attendance/time clock, Garnishment processing, and much more.


  • 3+ years of experience in processing payroll
  • General knowledge of the endtoend Payroll process
  • Knowledge of payroll rules and regulations
  • Act as liaison to Associates with regards to escalated payroll inquiries. Providing quality customer service using established guidelines and tools.
  • Identifies, understands, and escalates problems as they arise, seeking support as necessary.
  • Selfmotivated and independent problemsolving ability
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
  • Good listener who is detail oriented, customer service focused, and willingness to work in a team environment. Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet within a Windows environment Proven written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, deadlineoriented environment
  • Experience in a multistate environment

Responsibilities:


  • This position is responsible for the collection, accurate processing, data integrity, control and audit of data processed between various Payroll related systems
  • Processes payroll for various pay groups on a weekly and/or biweekly schedule
  • Runs interfaces from Kronos, SAP, and ADP
  • Batches and enters data into Kronos, SAP, and ADP systems for nonexempt and exempt employees
  • Investigates and corrects potential interface errors from all systems
  • Balances Kronos, SAP, and ADP data per internal and SOX requirements
  • Runs various audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOX requirements
  • Documents/updates various payroll processes to ensure continuity, consistency, and efficiency within the department
  • Logs and tracks payroll relevant data, creates and runs ad hoc queries in ADP Reporting as requested
  • Processes offcycle payments as needed and/or required
  • Interfaces with management, employees, and other Payroll team members
  • Identifies, suggests, and implements ongoing process improvements
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned
