Vaco Technologyis currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager (Intermediate) for consideration for a contract / contract to hire role located downtownIndianapolis.
This will be on a hybrid work schedule and this person would need to work a minimum of 3days in office per week.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage execution of day-to-day project activities including SDLC and documentation and approvals
Develop and track all project activities at detailed level, including detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports
Manageprojects with focus towards Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality and report Project Risks in these areas to management
Organize and conduct project team meetings
Facilitate decisions to keep driving towards overall business objectives
Monitors project metrics for deviations in quality, cost, or schedule
Manage project team members and vendors to deliver projects in a highly outsourced environment
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant team members
Follow both Agile PM and interactive SDLC methodologies based on project size and composition
Required :
Minimum 3years of experience in a Project Management role
A motivated, self-starter with project management and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
Experience managing IT projects in Software Development is required. IT Infrastructure Project Management experience is a plus.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
