This position will support the PMO (Project Management Office) - Design & Construction in collaboration with others to ensure projects teams utilize established processes and procedures to deliver projects on time and on budget. The focus will be on cost control including financial reporting, change management, pay application review, budget management, cashflow, contingency tracking, etc. Manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments.
