    You have experience in landscaping and previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.


    Specific Responsibilities:
    Manage team of up to 6 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor teamThe Equipment Operator will be responsible for ditching of new house services, sub-division services, and large trench projects to the customer s satisfactionMust be able to operate equipment such as trenchers, skid loaders, excavators, and bulldozer Perform landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, fertilizer application, weed control, aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruningOperate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillersPerform landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, top soil application, lawn seedingAddress clients' questions, comments, and concernsPrepare daily team performance reportsAssist with employee recruiting and selection

    Job Requirements:
    Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean recordOne year experience in this or a related field is requiredPrevious leadership experienceWillingness to work occasional (paid) overtimeMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this natureBenefits: Benefits package varies by locationWe are actively interviewing for this position
