Women's Health Connecticut is seeking an Appointment Scheduler to support our fast-paced OB/GYN office in Westport

Hours/Schedule:
Monday

• Friday

Employment type:
Full-time, 40 hrs per week


Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records in the appointment system
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient patient flow
• Follow established protocols for handling emergency calls and directing patients to the appropriate resources

Experience:

• Previous experience front desk/receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with phone systems and appointment scheduling software.
• Previous EMR experience, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations, such as emergencies.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
