Front Office Receptionist
Full-time, hourly position
- Greet and screen incoming visitors/employees in a professional manner and promptly notify appropriate administrative staff member of their arrival.
- Answer multiline telephone system, take accurate messages, and screen and direct telephone calls for administrative staff in a professional manner.
- Receive and distribute mail/faxes on a daily basis including operating postage meter.
- Perform various clerical duties such as composing, preparing and proofreading correspondence, office memos and reports.
- Perform daily filing responsibilities.
- Perform coping duties as required
- Maintain an organized office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining company meeting minutes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Computer Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
