Front Office Receptionist

Full-time, hourly position

  • Greet and screen incoming visitors/employees in a professional manner and promptly notify appropriate administrative staff member of their arrival.
  • Answer multiline telephone system, take accurate messages, and screen and direct telephone calls for administrative staff in a professional manner.
  • Receive and distribute mail/faxes on a daily basis including operating postage meter.
  • Perform various clerical duties such as composing, preparing and proofreading correspondence, office memos and reports.
  • Perform daily filing responsibilities.
  • Perform coping duties as required
  • Maintain an organized office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining company meeting minutes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Computer Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
