- Support the Clinic Manager in overseeing all aspects of clinic operations to meet standards and revenue goals
- Aid in achieving monthly revenue targets set by the Leadership team
- Monitor and optimize clinic goals such as revenue, margins, and client satisfaction
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team with diverse talents
- Provide leadership through training and fostering employee growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address client feedback effectively
- Collaborate professionally with colleagues and management, maintaining confidentiality
- Identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
- Support leadership with additional tasks as needed
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or spa industry
- 1+ years of team management experience essential
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies
- Prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform various physical tasks
