OVERVIEW
Movement Strategy is seeking a Video Editor to oversee our brand's visual storytelling. You will report to the Post Production Director and collaborate closely with our content creation team. The Video Editor will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and drive brand engagement.

KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Conceptualize and edit video content for brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative storytelling techniques that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance video production capabilities.
  • Manage postproduction workflow, including color correction, sound mixing, and final delivery across various platforms.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and contribute to the growth of junior editors.

QUALIFICATIONS + KEY FOCUS AREAS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and visual composition.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a remote team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering highquality video content on tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and incorporating client feedback into creative revisions.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their video requirements is a plus.
