- Capacity Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operational capacity, including facilities, equipment, and manpower. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress and resource utilization, identifying any deviations from the planned schedules and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks or constraints. Provide regular updates to management and project teams on schedule adherence and resource utilization.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize scheduling processes, resource utilization, and overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and tools to improve scheduling accuracy and effectiveness.
- Client Communication: Coordinate with the client representatives to communicate project timelines, schedule changes, and resource requirements. Proactively manage client expectations and address any concerns related to scheduling and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks related to scheduling and resource planning, such as weather-related delays, supply chain disruptions, or unexpected changes in project scope. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, aviation management, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications in project management or operations.

Job DescriptionPurpose
As a Master Scheduler at Citadel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources to meet the complex and high-demand requirements of VVIP aircraft service and modification projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the capacity and resource planning processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, purchasing and operations leaders, and other teams to optimize planning effectiveness, costs efficiencies, and timely aircraft delivery.
