    As the Director of Nursing Education, you'll lead a dynamic team of educators and professionals, driving academic excellence and student satisfaction


    Faculty Leadership:
    Guide and support our faculty members in curriculum development, classroom management, and maintaining the highest standards of education.


    Student Engagement:
    Engage with students through interviews, orientations, and advisement, ensuring their successful progression towards graduation and licensure.


    Administrative Excellence:
    Oversee administrative duties, student records, and program compliance, while participating in policy development and review.

    Maintain and enhance your own professional competence, setting an example for continuous growth within our educational community.


    Community Connection:

    Foster relationships with fellow campuses, industry bodies, and the state Board of Nursing to ensure our programs are aligned with industry trends and best practices.

    Master's Degree in Nursing required
    Current unencumbered Registered Nursing license for the state of employment.
    Documented knowledge and skills related to teaching adults, teaching methodology, curriculum development and curriculum evaluation.

    Minimum of 2 years as a practical clinical nurse AND 2 years teaching nursing in an approved nursing education at or above the level of program overseen.

    Meet all qualifications established by the Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
    Comply with regulatory and corporate qualifications.
