Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmacy services to doctors' offices.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

You are not asking anyone to pay for anything.

We are a pharmacy, and you will be visiting doctor's offices and ask them to send their prescriptions to us.

Commissions are based on each patient that gets dispensed.

Once you have helped establish a good relationship between the doctor's office and the pharmacy, they keep sending prescriptions on an ongoing basis.

You will have to continue to maintain a good relationship and help make sure patients get good care from the pharmacy team.

Job is part time to begin with. 10 hours a week.

You can choose to make all your visits in 2 days (5 hours each day) or spread it over the week 2 hours each day, or any combination.

Manage your own schedule. You will need to make a minimum of 10 sales visits each week.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing doctors offices
Conduct sales presentations and service demonstrations to prospective clients
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records

Skills:

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
Valid Driver's License and clean MVR (going 3 years back) and a clean background.
Own your own transportation to drive to clients
Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
Selfmotivated with a strong drive for success
Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
