    Job Description
    Business Analysts work in a collaborative team environment, playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.

    You'll gain experience with advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint techniques, learning how to use information to create well-reasoned and clearly communicated storyboards to present to client leadership.

    Business Analysts receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams and are assigned a career advocate from the firm to help you develop and guide your career.

    At FQA, you'll work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on driving results for our clients across a variety of project types from strategy to execution.

    Requirements
    Undergraduate degree with an outstanding record of academic achievement
    Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
    Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
    Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    Enjoy creative problem-solving in a rapidly changing environment
    Be flexible, proactive, and optimistic
    Have an interest in healthcare
    Willingness to travel
