My Responsibilities

  • Identification of inspection criteria and creation of quality assurance documents such as inspection plans and instructions
  • Conducting final inspections
  • Preparation of inspection reports and tooling documents
  • Analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes
  • Processing of complaints including root cause analysis and development of corrective and preventive measures
  • Initial sample inspection of production parts
  • Support in process and product audits
  • Training on quality assurance topics

My Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
  • Experience in quality assurance and use of quality tools such as Ishikawa diagrams, 8D reports, FMEA
  • Knowledge of engineering design, especially technical drawings, standards and norms
  • Excellent English skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Experience with ERP systems
