This position will support the Maintenance Tech in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician II will conduct assigned duties safely and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager.

• Perform repairs on makeready units.
• Perform work order requests as requested by residents.
• Inspect the property for improvements and repairs and review with the Maintenance Manager.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with maintenance requests.
• Ensure that the grounds are always free of litter.
• Operate and perform scheduled maintenance properly on all equipment.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager or Housekeeper with their work if necessary.
• Assist the Grounds personnel with trashing out units if necessary.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with inventory control and utilizing maintenance materials and supplies.
• Strong ability to multitask and work with thirdparty vendors.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment.
• 3 years of exeperience.
• Hospitality industry experience.
