    Position Title: Construction Coordinator

    Salary: $41,250 to $68,750 annually

    Job Summary: The Construction Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Fiber Design and Construction Organization to ensure team efficiency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Compile and analyze data to generate specialized reports
    • Track and summarize data accurately
    • Assist in timekeeping and project tracking
    • Support project assignments and tracking duties
    • Manage permit processes and project closures
    • Perform other duties to support the organization

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
    • Minimum of two years experience in an administrative role
    • Familiarity with Engineering accounting guidelines and construction software systems

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Demonstrated effective keyboard skills and organization
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project management software
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Capable of working under deadlines and adapting to changing priorities

    Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US

    Physical Requirements: Requires physical ability for sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting

    Work Environment: Office setting with computer and telephone system
