- Manage semiconductor construction: adhere to the schedule, identify, coordinate, and communicate detailed tasks and plans for scope execution.
- Serve as the point of contact between tool owners and trades.
- Oversee and manage paperwork and construction requirements for construction milestones.
- Ensure the safe completion of scope necessary to meet clients' master schedule requirements.
- Collaborate directly with other area leads, Trade Partners, Tool Owners, System Owners, and 3rd Parties at the worksite.
- Monitor assigned tool progress towards construction milestones and ensure they are well-planned, coordinated, and executed to meet team commitments.
- Identify and eliminate constraints within the team, help mitigate risks affecting construction scope implementation, and escalate unresolved constraints.

AMTS is searching for experienced Construction Coordinators (CCs) to join their semiconductor project in Hillsboro, OR.
The CC will have the responsibility of leading, coordinating, and organizing project construction tool installation activities, guiding the trades, ensuring their commitment to the task, and driving contractors towards executing their commitments.
Role and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 2+ years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech related construction, OR 4+ years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech related construction.
