    At least three years school administration experienceSuch alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find appropriate and acceptableDesiredFour years experience as a classroom teacher at the secondary level.

    Three years experience in secondary school administration.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following (or other duties assigned by Superintendent or Board)

    Develop a program of public relations in order to further the community's understanding and support of the educational programImplement board policies and administrative rules and regulations relating to the schoolConsult with and coordinate the services of resource/auxiliary personnel to enable classroom teachers to receive maximum assistancePrepare or supervise preparation of reports, records, lists and all other paperwork required or appropriate to the school's administrationCooperate with college and university officials regarding student teacher training and preparationAssist in the recruiting, screening, hiring, training, assigning, and evaluating the school's professional staffMaintain high standards of student conduct and enforce discipline as necessary with regard to due process of the rights of studentsRecommend the removal of a teacher whose work is unsatisfactory, according to district procedureAdminister the summer school program when applicableFormulate and enforce procedures and schedules for safe, organized loading and unloading of school buses at respective school sitesPerform such other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superintendentEducation requiredMaster's degree, with appropriate administration endorsementExperience requiredAt least three years school administration experienceBenefitsReports To:
    Director of Secondary ProgramsFLSA Status: Exempt, 11 month year (salary as per administrator's salary schedule, one sick day per month, and three personal leave days/year)

    Salary Range:
    Per district administrative salary schedule, starting at $84,264 (Base + MA)

    Supervises:
