  • Degree in Systems engineering or similar (bachelor degree or AAS is acceptable also).
  • Any related certification in CISCO (this is a plus).
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Data Center Technician (desirable).
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a cabling technician or project supervisor.
  • Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP and Ethernet/IP.
  • Basic network knowledge.
  • Experience with rack UPS, PDU, transfer switches.
  • Basic IT support experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting routers, switches or servers (Desirable)
- knowledge in operative systems such as Windows 7, 10 and Windows Server.

  • Good English communication skills are required (speaking, writing and reading).
  • A proactive attitude toward solving any issue that may arise is required.
  • Reliable source of transportation.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 to 5.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Support IT operations, middle/end user troubleshooting and data center support.
  • Data center rack assembly.
  • Support IT cabling operations, middle/end user troubleshooting and data center support.
  • Must be able to use diagnostic tools for the analysis on the solution of Networking and server issues
  • Support Cabling installation, pulling and termination (CAT6, Fiber optics)
  • Proactivity and conflict resolution capabilities are required

Pay:
From $34,000.00 per year
