Your scope for design

  • You handle technical malfunctions for our solutions in the area of data center operations
  • You coordinate the troubleshooting process with other specialist teams and stay in contact with customers
  • You create and maintain documentation and our knowledge database
  • You solve IT problems in the area of 2nd/3rd level support
  • Provision of servers, patch management, system monitoring, Entra configuration, and network configuration
  • Deployment of Windows server systems in close coordination with the specialist departments
  • Conducting monitoring activities to ensure system stability and security
  • You manage our external service providers and partners
