Wiesbaden, we are looking for
a Customer Manager (m/f/d) / Personnel Disponent (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Acquiring and managing clients in the nursing and healthcare sector within your own sales territory
Scheduling and dispatching employees for client assignments
Ensuring employee motivation through proactive leadership
Acting as the central point of contact for your team, handling all personnel and labor law matters
Regularly reporting on key performance indicators and deriving measures to achieve goals
Conducting job interviews
Working closely with the recruiting department
Maintaining thorough documentation

What we expect from you:

Ideally, you have experience in personnel services and/or the healthcare industry as a nurse, caregiver, healthcare professional, medical assistant, or in other healthcare fields.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a communicative and openminded person
You have experience in sales, ideally in the HR or medical field
You are reliable and speak the language of the medical
