- Manages Operations Finance department to deliver world class results leads performance management, development plans, team productivity, resource planning, and SLAs.
- Makes sound investment recommendations, supported by data, to improve a profitability and monitors their performance
- Drives preparation of all financial reporting, budget, and forecasts partnering with departments and functional leaders
- Understands major assumptions and drivers of the business to create accurate forecasts and improve business performance
- Identifies risks and opportunities to help create risk mitigation plans to deliver on commitments
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization against targets, budgets, and forecasts, and provide analysis to the Senior Leadership
- Coordinates P&L review with accounting and operation teams during month-end close to produce accurate results and provide meaningful variance explanations
- Ensures understanding and compliance with company policies and Internal Controls
- Establishes strong relationships and open communication across the organization and positions self to become a trusted business advisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas/concepts succinctly and ability to influence
- Consolidates and reviews complex financial data to assess tracking against forecast/plan
- Create economic models to simplify forecasts, improve accuracy, and understanding of business drivers
- Detail orientation - holds self to a high standard of quality results and implements processes to produce error free work
- Proactive self-starter that can identify business needs and create solutions with minimal guidance
- Does not present problems, provides solutions along with alternative recommendations supported by data
- Challenges assumptions of the business to refine our operating model using sound logic

- A bachelors or graduate degree/certification in Finance/Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience as a financial manager required
