What it's about:

  • Acceptance and processing of orders, booking of placements
  • Creation of mirrors, control of layout and imprimatur, CCI
  • Volume planning in cooperation with editorial, sales, and printing company
  • Customer consultation
  • Order entry in SAP (including credits, reminders, etc.)
  • Updating of SAP master data
  • Invoice and document dispatch
  • Checking of print advertisement data
