Your Training

Your training will last for two and a half years. It begins in August with a start week, where you will get to know the other trainees and dual students in your year, as well as the Deutsche Bank. During your training, you can expect a diverse mix of practical and theoretical learning. You will spend six weeks in intensive practical training, followed by two weeks in vocational school. We place great importance on integrating these two areas closely together. Throughout your training, we will actively support your development. An instructor will be available to guide you, and you will also have a designated specialist to assist you in your daily work. With this highly qualified training, you will lay the foundation for a successful career as an application developer in the technology sector of our bank.

Duration: 2.5 years
Structure: Alternating between practical and vocational school phases
Practical training location: Eschborn
Vocational school location: Hofheim
IHK certification
Personal support throughout the entire training period
