    Job Summary
    Abita Roasting Company is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our awesome management team. You might be great for this position if you have BOH & FOH operation experience, totaling 3 years, which is required to manage one of our 4 locations. Are you looking for that next step in your career? Looking to work 45-50 hours per week, mostly days and some nights? Our peak business is on weekends, therefore working most Saturdays & Sundays are a must. We know work life balance is important, so you have the ability to create your own schedule. Are you also looking for a career with benefits? We offer Health insurance & bonuses Starting out, one week of paid vacation each year. Two weeks paid vacation after 2 years. Salary is negotiable, depending on your experience and career goals with our company.
    Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
    • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
    • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
    • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
    • Organizing schedules
    • Oversee cleaning and sanitation inside and outside the building
    • Holding your team accountable
    • Keeping track of employees hours
    • Recording payroll data
    • Exposure to financial reports and how to control them
    • Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
    • Significant experience in recruiting
    Qualifications
    • Must be a positive coworker. Must be able to work in a team environment
