    Restaurant General Manager

    Full-Service Restaurant Group

    Salary: Up to $80k plus Bonus

    Location: Mandeville, LA


    We are looking for an experienced High Volume, Full-Service Restaurant GM in your area to help us grow our concept. We have fresh food and fresh opportunities available

    What we require:

    · 5+ years' experience as a Restaurant GM with Full-Service, High-Volume Restaurant

    · Hospitality Focused - Ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times

    · Exceptional leadership – training and developing the team to the next level

    · Strong business acumen – managing as a partner

    About the job:

    · Responsible for daily operations and staff

    · Ensure that all controls are in place to minimize losses

    · Build sales and control cost

    · Hire, manage, train and motivate Team Members.
