Join our team immediately (by arrangement) full-time at our location in Bad Reichenhall (near Salzburg) or remotely from your home office in Lineville, AL as a Program Manager for Dual Studies (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the development, design, and implementation of new educational programs in the field of dual studies.
  • This includes coordinating and moderating projects and working closely with the academic management at the interface of various departments at IU, from program management, curriculum planning, course management, marketing, to the examination office.
  • You will create curricula and schedules and support in the creation of module handbooks.
  • As an important interface, you will provide input for the marketing of educational programs.
  • You will also be responsible for quality assurance of the existing dual studies portfolio, deriving measures for program improvement, and actively driving them forward.
  • For this, you will monitor product performance and independently analyze market developments.
  • You will coordinate and moderate your own projects.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a (university) degree.
  • You have a strong interest and passion for modern and flexible study formats, such as dual studies.
  • You successfully complete projects and know how to lead and moderate project teams.
  • You have a strong interest in (digital) education and further education and are eager to continue learning.
